Target Information
CMBL은 dienelactone hydrolase 계열의 cysteine hydrolase로, 간 세포질에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
이 효소는 주로 cyclic ester를 절단하며, medoxomil-ester prodrug에서 medoxomil기가 산소 원자에 결합된 형태를 활성화합니다.
