Target Information
Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, Mouse IgG1 participates in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It also regulates immune responses, including T cell activation and inhibition of B cell activation. Widely used in research and diagnostic applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, it also finds use in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
