Target Information
Mouse IgG2b는 항원 자극에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 아형 중 하나입니다. 혈청 내 세 번째로 풍부한 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 항체는 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화(opsonization), 보체 활성화(complement activation), 항체의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다.
또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절에도 관여하며, ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 널리 사용됩니다.
