Target Information
Zika Virus (ZIKV)는 Flaviviridae 계열에 속하며, 단일 양성 RNA 유전체를 가지고 있습니다. 이 유전체는 초기에는 하나의 폴리프로틴으로 번역되어 이후 세 가지 구조 단백질(C, PrM/M, E)과 일곱 가지 비구조 단백질(NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5)로 절단됩니다.
NS1은 세포 내에서 호모다이머 형태로 존재하며 바이러스 복제에 필수적입니다. 감염 후기에 NS1은 헥사머 형태의 지질단백질 입자로 세포 외로 분비되어, 숙주의 선천 및 적응 면역계 구성 요소와 상호작용함으로써 면역 회피 및 병원성에 기여합니다.
