Target Information
HCN3 is a member of the family of hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic-nucleotide-gated (HCN) channels. HCN currents are associated with pacemaker activity in the heart and brain, control of resting potential, and neuronal plasticity. HCN3 is expressed in the brain, though at lower levels than other HCN channels.
