Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

HSP90 is a 90 kDa protein induced under stress conditions and is one of the most abundant cellular proteins under non-stress conditions.
HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones involved in:
- Signal transduction
- Protein folding and degradation
- Morphologic evolution
HSP90 associates with several intracellular proteins such as steroid receptors, actin, tubulin, aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), and kinases, playing crucial roles in stabilizing and refolding denatured proteins after stress.
