Target Information
Dihydrouridine synthase는 tRNA의 displacement loop에 있는 uridine 잔기의 5,6-이중 결합을 환원시켜 5,6-dihydrouridine을 생성합니다. 이 변형된 염기는 tRNA의 구조적 유연성과 동적 움직임을 증가시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다 (Kato et al., 2005 [PubMed 15994936]).
