This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
This antibody has specificity for AcmNPV Envelope glycoprotein gp64 / AcmNPV-gp64.
Target Information
Class III viral fusion protein. Envelope phosphoglycoprotein mediating fusion of viral and host endosomal membranes, enabling virus entry into host cells. After receptor-mediated internalization, gp64 undergoes a conformational change into a fusion-competent state at low pH, releasing the nucleocapsid into the cytoplasm after cell fusion. May also play a role in viral budding.
