Target Information
Ebola virus는 음성 단일가닥 RNA를 가진 외피 바이러스로, Filoviridae과에 속합니다. 형태학적으로 Marburg virus와 유사하지만 항원성은 다릅니다.
이 바이러스의 게놈은 비분절 RNA이며, SDS-PAGE 분석 결과 7개의 구조 단백질이 존재합니다:
