Target Information
FGFR4는 FGFR 계열의 수용체 타이로신 키나아제로, 혈관형성, 세포분열, 골형성, 근형성, 발암, 세포 분화, 손상 후 조직 회복 등 다양한 세포 기능을 조절합니다. 또한 암, 류마티스 관절염, 당뇨병성 망막병증 등 여러 질환과 관련이 있습니다. FGFR4는 FGF19에 반응하여 담즙산 합성의 속도 제한 효소인 CYP7A1의 발현을 정상적으로 하향 조절하는 데 필요하며, 출생 후 폐 발달과 골격근 세포 계통 발달에도 관여합니다.
