Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
EFEMP2 contains variations of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) domain and is involved in diverse biological functions such as blood coagulation, complement activation, and cell fate determination during development. It includes four EGF2 domains and six calcium-binding EGF2 domains, essential for elastic fiber formation and connective tissue development.
