Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature (RT).
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, then cool at RT for 20 min before staining.

This gene encodes a cell cycle checkpoint protein that binds to translation and initiation factors, functioning as a regulator of mitotic translation.
