Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Netrin-4.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Netrin-1, recombinant chicken Netrin-2, and recombinant mouse Netrin-G1a.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
NTN4 contains three laminin EGF-like domains, one laminin N-terminal domain, and one NTR domain. It may play an important role in neural, kidney, and vascular development, promoting neurite elongation from olfactory bulb explants. NTN4 belongs to a family of proteins related to laminins (see LAMA1, MIM 150320) (Koch et al., 2000 [PubMed 11038171], supplied by OMIM).
