- In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-2, Frizzled-4, Frizzled-7, and Frizzled-8 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with Frizzled-3 and Frizzled-6 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Members of the frizzled gene family encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins that act as receptors for Wnt signaling proteins.
FZD1 protein includes:
- Signal peptide
- Cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region
- Seven transmembrane domains
- C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif
FZD1 transcript is expressed in various tissues.
