IRF3 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 3)
IRF3는 type I interferon (IFN)-의존성 면역 반응의 주요 전사 조절 인자로, DNA 및 RNA 바이러스에 대한 선천적 면역 반응에서 핵심적인 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 IFN-alpha, IFN-beta 및 IFN-stimulated genes (ISG)의 전사를 조절하며, 감염되지 않은 세포에서는 비활성 상태로 존재하다가 바이러스 감염이나 TLR 신호에 의해 활성화됩니다.
