Product Specific Information

The 34-1-2S monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I, H-2Kd and H-2Dd. This cytotoxic antibody also cross-reacts with Kb, s, r, q, p.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.25 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.

PerCP-eFluor® 710 emits at 710 nm and is excited with the blue laser (488 nm); can replace PerCP-Cyanine5.5. Recommended filter: 710/50 bandpass (695/40 acceptable). Ensure instrument compatibility.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-822-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.
