Product Specific Information

Description:
The 28-14-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I, H-2D^b, and cross-reacts with H-2L^d, H-2D^q and/or H-2L^q. Binding to the alpha 3 domain of H-2L^d is not dependent on beta2-microglobulin.

Applications Reported:
For use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.5 µg/test (final volume 100 µL). Cell number may range from 10^5–10^8 cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.

Fluorochrome Information:
PerCP-eFluor 710 emits at 710 nm and is excited with the 488 nm blue laser. Recommended bandpass filter: 710/50 nm (695/40 nm acceptable).

Light Sensitivity:
Protect vial and stained samples from light; sensitive to photo-induced oxidation.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-57) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
