Target Information
HNRNPUL1은 heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) 계열에 속하는 핵 RNA 결합 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 adenovirus E1B-55kDa oncoprotein과 특이적으로 결합하며, 핵-세포질 RNA 운반에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 E1B-55kDa 단백질에 의해 기능이 조절됩니다. 이 유전자는 서로 다른 isoform을 인코딩하는 네 가지 전사 변형체를 가지며, 추가 변형체도 발견되었으나 완전한 길이는 확인되지 않았습니다.
