Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MYOT gene encodes a cytoskeletal protein critical for thin filament stability during muscle contraction.
This protein binds F-actin, crosslinks actin filaments, and prevents latrunculin A-induced filament disassembly.
Mutations are associated with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy and myofibrillar myopathies.
Several alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified.
