For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ROR gamma is a 560 amino acid DNA-binding transcription factor belonging to the ROR/RZR orphan nuclear receptor subfamily. It acts as a ligand-activated transcription factor and is essential for lymphoid organogenesis (lymph nodes and Peyer’s patches). ROR gamma plays a regulatory role in apoptosis during thymopoiesis, inhibits Fas ligand and IL2 expression, and directs differentiation of proinflammatory IL-17+ T helper cells. It shares 50–51% sequence identity with RORA and RORB and 88% identity with mouse ROR gamma. Highly expressed in skeletal muscle and at lower levels in various other tissues.
