Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

TYW2 (TRM12) is an enzyme involved in the wybutosine-tRNA (Phe) biosynthesis pathway. Wybutosine (yW) is a hypermodified guanosine adjacent to the anticodon of phenylalanine tRNA that stabilizes codon-anticodon interactions during ribosomal decoding.
TYW2 participates in multistep enzymatic reactions ensuring correct translation and has been reported to be amplified or overexpressed in several breast cancer cell lines and tumor samples, suggesting a potential role in cancer biology.
