Target Information
Cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans consist of a membrane-associated protein core with variable heparan sulfate chains. Members of the glypican-related integral membrane proteoglycan family (GRIPS) are anchored to the cytoplasmic membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol linkage. These proteins may play roles in cell division control and growth regulation.
