For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ATP synthase is a highly conserved transmembrane enzyme complex found in plants, fungi, bacteria, and animals. It catalyzes the reversible conversion of ADP and phosphate into ATP, driven by a proton gradient across the membrane.
The enzyme consists of two main domains:
- F1 ATPase (soluble): composed of α, β, γ, δ, and ε subunits
- F0 ATPase (membrane-embedded): composed of a, b, and c subunits
