Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double-distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

The Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor mGluR4 (GRM4) binds L-glutamate, the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. It activates both ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors.
Glutamatergic neurotransmission is essential for normal brain function and is implicated in various neuropathologic conditions.
Metabotropic glutamate receptors are G protein-coupled receptors divided into three groups based on sequence homology, signal transduction mechanisms, and pharmacologic properties.
