- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ADAMTS1, ADAMTSL-1.2, ADAMTS4, and ADAMTS5 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

ADAMTS13는 ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif) 단백질 계열의 구성원으로, 프로펩타이드 영역, 메탈로프로테이나제 도메인, 디신테그린 유사 도메인, 그리고 thrombospondin type 1 (TS) 모티프를 포함합니다.
이 효소는 von Willebrand Factor (vWF)-cleaving protease로, vWF 분자의 Tyr842-Met843 부위를 절단합니다.
ADAMTS13 효소의 결핍은 혈전성 혈소판감소성 자반증(thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura)과 관련이 있습니다.
