Target Information
Prostein은 정상 및 악성 전립선 조직에서 발현되는 새로운 전립선 특이 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 절단 가능한 신호 펩타이드와 11개의 막관통 영역을 가진 type IIIa 막단백질로 추정됩니다. 안드로겐 처리 시 LNCaP 세포에서 prostein의 mRNA 및 단백질 발현이 증가하므로, 전립선암 진단 및 모니터링에 유용한 전립선 특이적 표지자로 활용될 수 있습니다.
