eBioscience의 FOXP3 단클론 항체 패널은 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 다양한 에피토프를 인식하여 FOXP3 발현 패턴 및 FOXP3+ 세포 아형 분석에 유용합니다.
PCH101 항체는 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노 말단을 인식하며, 다른 단백질과의 교차 반응성은 확인되지 않았습니다. FOXP3는 49–55 kDa 크기의 전사 조절 인자로, CD4+CD25+ Treg 세포에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.

인간 PBMC를 대상으로 한 Flow Cytometry 분석에서 CD25-bright 세포군에서 주로 염색되며, 기증자 간 변동이 존재합니다.
PCH101은 rhesus, chimpanzee, cynomolgus에서도 교차 반응합니다.

Target Information

FOXP3 (Forkhead box protein 3)는 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 전사 조절 인자로, CD25+CD4+ Treg 세포에서 안정적으로 높은 발현을 보입니다. 인간에서 FOXP3 유전자 결함은 IPEX 증후군(X-linked autoimmunity-allergic dysregulation)과 관련이 있습니다.
FOXP3는 381 아미노산으로 구성되며, 다양한 전사 변이체가 존재합니다. 일부 암세포에서는 p53에 의해 FOXP3 발현이 조절됩니다.
