eBioscience는 인간 FOXP3의 다양한 에피토프에 대한 단클론 항체 패널을 제공하여 FOXP3 단백질 수준의 발현 패턴 연구 및 FOXP3⁺ 세포 아형 분석에 유용한 도구를 제공합니다.
PCH101 항체는 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노 말단에 반응하며, 다른 단백질과의 교차 반응성은 확인되지 않았습니다. FOXP3는 49–55 kDa 크기의 단백질로, 조절 T세포(Treg)의 표지자로 알려져 있습니다.

인간 PBMC를 이용한 세포내 염색 시, CD25-bright 세포에서 주로 염색이 관찰되며, 전체 림프구의 약 0.5–4%가 FOXP3 양성으로 나타납니다(기증자 간 변동 가능).
PCH101은 rhesus, chimpanzee, cynomolgus에서도 교차 반응합니다.

권장 보조 항체:

• CD4 (OKT4, Product #11-0048-42 또는 RPA-T4, Product #11-0049-42)
• CD25 (BC96, Product #17-0259-42)

FOXP3 (Forkhead box protein 3)는 포크헤드/윙드헬릭스 전사 조절 인자 패밀리에 속하며, 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 단백질입니다. CD25⁺ CD4⁺ 조절 T세포에서 높은 수준으로 안정적으로 발현되며, FOXP3 유전자의 결함은 마우스의 scurfy 표현형 및 인간의 IPEX 증후군과 관련이 있습니다. 또한 p53 의존적 DNA 손상 반응에 의해 발현이 조절됩니다.
