Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 포스파타아제(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈성 세포 및 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달 및 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase의 주요 조절자로 작용합니다. 다양한 isoform은 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 생성되며, 세포 유형 및 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
또한 CD45는 T/B 세포 수용체 신호를 조절하고, JAK kinase 억제를 통해 사이토카인 수용체 신호를 제어하며, 세포 생존과 면역 반응 조절에 관여합니다.
