MA1-40227 detects AIF1 from human and rat samples.
It has been successfully used in ELISA, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western blot applications.
The MA1-40227 immunogen is human AIF1 polypeptide.
Target Information
AIF1 is induced by cytokines and interferon. It is thought to be involved in the negative regulation of growth of vascular smooth muscle cells, contributing to the anti-inflammatory response to vessel wall trauma.
