Anaplastic Lymphoma Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (ALK)는 인슐린 수용체 초과에 속하며, 뇌 발달에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
ALK 유전자의 돌연변이, 재배열, 증폭은 다양한 종양(예: anaplastic large cell lymphoma, neuroblastoma, non-small cell lung cancer)에서 발견됩니다.
염색체 재배열은 가장 흔한 유전적 변화로, ALK 유전자의 3' 절반(2번 염색체 유래)과 NPM 유전자의 5' 절반(5번 염색체 유래)이 융합되어 NPM-ALK 융합 유전자를 형성합니다.
