The immunogen is the proline rich domain of a fusion protein comprising amino acids 1156–1286 of rat synaptojanin 1.
Target Information
Synaptojanin 1 is a phosphoinositide phosphatase that regulates levels of membrane phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate.
Expression of this enzyme may affect synaptic transmission and membrane trafficking.
