Description:
KIKSI0803 단클론 항체는 tyrosine 701에서 인산화된 STAT1을 인식합니다. STAT 단백질은 JAK 키나아제에 의해 인산화되어 핵으로 이동하며, 세포 유형 및 사이토카인 특이적으로 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. Tyr701 인산화는 STAT1의 이합체 형성, 핵 이동 및 DNA 결합 활성에 필수적입니다.
이 항체의 특이성은 ELISA, 유세포분석, Western blot으로 검증되었습니다.
Applications Reported:
세포내 염색 후 유세포분석에 사용 가능.
Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈액세포에서 자극 후 세포내 염색 및 유세포분석으로 검증됨. 권장 사용량은 5 µL (0.06 µg)/test이며, 100 µL 최종 부피 내에서 10⁵–10⁸ 세포에 적용 가능합니다.
Staining Protocol:
Protocol C (Fixation/Methanol) 사용 권장.
Protocol A 및 B는 사용 불가.

STAT1 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1):
STAT1은 STAT 전사인자 패밀리의 구성원으로, interferon-alpha, interferon-gamma, EGF, PDGF, IL6 등에 의해 활성화됩니다. 세포 성장, 세포자멸사, 면역반응, 지질대사 관련 유전자 조절에 관여하며, 다양한 자극에 대한 세포 생존 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. STAT1 유전자는 염색체 2에 위치하며, JAK 키나아제에 의해 인산화되어 핵으로 이동 후 유전자 발현을 조절합니다.
