Product Specific Information
0.5 µg/mL of MA5-45227 was sufficient for detection of ERp57 in 10 µg of heat shock HeLa lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 57 kDa.
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein of the endoplasmic reticulum that interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to modulate folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins. The protein has protein disulfide isomerase activity and assists in disulfide bond formation in glycoprotein substrates.
