Target Information
The SH3RF2 gene encodes a protein with protein phosphatase 1 binding activity and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It participates in various cellular processes, including:

- Regulation of cellular protein metabolic processes
This protein is localized in the nucleoplasm, and mutations in SH3RF2 have been associated with Ureter Transitional Cell Carcinoma.
