Target Information
TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK interacting kinase)는 N-terminal kinase domain과 C-terminal GCK domain을 가지며, 세포골격 조절에 관여하는 단백질입니다.
주로 뇌, 심장, 비장에서 발현되며, RAP2의 효과 단백질로서 actin cytoskeleton을 조절합니다.
TNIK는 자가 인산화되며, gelsolin 단백질을 인산화하여 세포골격 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
