Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열의 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) 패밀리에 속하며, 다른 RIP 단백질과 구별되는 고유한 C-말단 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아와 공위치하여 핵 내외 수송 신호에 따라 이동할 수 있습니다.
RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I 신호 복합체의 구성 요소로, 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도하고 NF-kappaB 전사인자를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다. 또한 caspase-8은 CFLAR과 함께 proteolytically active complex를 형성하여 RIPK3 의존적 괴사(necrosis)를 억제하는 보호 기능을 수행합니다.
