Target Information
RhoA는 세포막 수용체를 focal adhesion 및 actin stress fiber의 조립과 연결하는 신호 전달 경로를 조절합니다. 세포주기 cytokinesis 동안 myosin contractile ring 형성에 필요한 microtubule 의존적 신호에 관여하며, cleavage furrow 형성에 필수적입니다. 또한 keratinocyte의 세포-세포 접착에서 apical junction 형성에 필요하며, Yersinia pestis 및 Yersinia pseudotuberculosis의 yopT cysteine peptidase의 표적이 됩니다. RhoA는 PKN2 kinase 활성화를 유도하며, PLCE1의 활성화 인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. ARHGEF2에 의해 활성화되며, 이는 GDP를 GTP로 교환하도록 촉진합니다. SPATA13에 의해 매개되는 세포 이동 및 adhesion 조립/분해 조절에 필수적입니다. MEMO1-RHOA-DIAPH1 신호 경로는 ERBB2 의존적 미세소관 안정화에 중요한 역할을 하며, GSK3B 활성 조절을 통해 APC 및 CLASP2의 세포막 국소화를 제어합니다. 막 결합 APC는 MACF1의 세포막 국소화를 가능하게 하며, 이는 미세소관 포획 및 안정화에 필요합니다.
