Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control Protein 1)는 세포주기에서 START 단계를 완료하는 데 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열을 시작하기 위해 필요한 조절 이벤트를 담당합니다. CDK1은 M-Phase Promoting Factor 복합체의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용하며, 진핵생물에서 보편적으로 존재합니다.
G2/M 단계에서 광역학치료 후 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호를 통해 일어나며, 세포자멸사(apoptosis)의 시작을 지연시킵니다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 가능성을 보인 바 있습니다.
