Target Information
MALT1 (Paracaspase) is a member of the human paracaspase family and interacts with B-cell lymphoma protein Bcl10. It contains an N-terminal death domain, two Ig-like domains, and a C-terminal caspase-like domain. MALT1 cooperates with Bcl10 to activate NF-κB signaling.
