Target Information
CD33는 시알산 결합 면역글로불린 유사 렉틴(Siglec) 계열의 막단백질로, 면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프(ITIM)를 포함합니다. 이 모티프는 SHP-1 및 SHP-2 단백질 티로신 인산화효소를 신호 복합체로 모집하며, 유비퀴틴 매개 수용체 제거에도 관여합니다.
CD33는 골수의 과립구 및 대식세포 전구세포에서 발현되며, 급성 골수성 백혈병의 치료 표적으로 연구되고 있습니다. 또한, 말초 단핵구의 표지자로 유용하며, 골수성 백혈병 세포와 림프성 또는 적혈구성 백혈병 세포를 구별하는 데 사용됩니다.
CD33 기능 이상은 담낭 림프종 및 피부 외 비만세포종과 관련이 있습니다.
