Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
TEKT2 is a structural component of ciliary and flagellar microtubules. It plays a key role in the assembly or attachment of the inner dynein arm to microtubules in sperm flagella and tracheal cilia, forming filamentous polymers in the walls of these structures.
