Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ESE-1 (Epithelium-Specific Ets) is a tissue-restricted member of the ETS transcription factor family.
It binds and transactivates the ETS binding site in the promoter of the keratinocyte terminal differentiation marker gene, SPRR2A, acting as a key regulator of epithelial cell differentiation.
