Fast and Accurate Solid-Liquid Extraction
The SER 158 Series automatic solvent extractors (3 and 6 positions) provide accurate and precise determination of extractable matter according to the Randall method, performing up to 5 times faster than traditional Soxhlet extraction.
The solid-liquid extraction process removes soluble components from solids using a liquid solvent in 5 automated steps. The SER 158 complies with AOAC, ISO, EPA, APHA, and UNI standards.

- Three cup sizes and thimble options to minimize solvent consumption
- Cellulose and glass fiber thimbles for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Compatibility with HU6 glass crucible prevents sample loss
Up to four units can be combined for multiple independent and simultaneous applications.

Designed for unattended 24/7 operation with Load&Go technology, the removable ControlPad™ connects to a balance and barcode reader for full automation and traceability.
Pre-installed and customizable methods allow fast start-up, while real-time visualization of each extraction step provides full control.
Results are automatically calculated and stored in onboard memory. Connectivity includes three USB ports and Ethernet for data transfer.
