Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAPK13 (p38 delta) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in transducing extracellular signals such as cytokine and environmental stress responses. It regulates keratinocyte differentiation and is activated by phosphorylation via MAP kinase kinases or autophosphorylation through interaction with MAP3K7IP1/TAB1.
Substrates include ATF2, MEF2C, MAX, CDC25B, and p53, indicating roles in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle control, and genotoxic stress response.
Four alternatively spliced transcript variants of SAPK4 encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
