Target Information
The ABHD10 gene encodes a mitochondrially localized enzyme that functions as a hydrolase in liver cells. It removes glucuronide from mycophenolic acid acyl-glucuronide. A pseudogene exists on chromosome 6, and alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
