Product Specific Information
Specific for the OmpA antigen of several Acinetobacter species.
Reactive with:
- A. baumannii (4 strains)
- A. haemolyticus
- A. lwoffii (2 strains)
- Morexella catarrhalis (2 strains)
Non-reactive with:
- E. coli (mix)
- Klebsiella pneumoniae
- Proteus sp.
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Enterococcus faecium
- Enterococcus faecalis
- Group B Streptococcus
- Staphylococcus saprophyticus
- Neisseria gonorrhoeae
- Candida sp.
Purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody purified from ascites fluid by Protein A chromatography.
Formulated at 100 µg/mL in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) containing 0.1% sodium azide.
Each vial contains 1.0 mL.
No stabilizing proteins added; store at 4°C until use.
Working dilution should be determined by the user. Suggested starting ranges:
- ICC/IF: 1:10–1:50
- ELISA: 1:20–1:200
