Target Information
Cyclin D1 (PRAD-1, bcl-1)은 세포주기 조절의 핵심 단백질로, CDK4 및 CDK6과 결합하여 Rb 단백질의 인산화를 통해 G1/S 전이를 조절합니다. 이 단백질은 다양한 인간 종양, 특히 mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)에서 과발현되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Cyclin D1은 성장인자 자극에 반응하여 합성되며, 세포질 및 핵 내에서 CDK 복합체를 형성합니다. 또한 p21^Cip1^, p27^Kip1^과 같은 CDK 억제제와 상호작용하여 세포 성장 조절에 관여합니다. Cyclin D1 유전자는 인간 염색체 11에 위치하며, 변이 또는 과발현은 종양 형성과 관련이 있습니다.
