Target Information
MT-ND6 is a core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), essential for electron transfer from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
