Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody Ba91 recognizes mouse CD200 Receptor-like 3 (CD200R3).
Target Information
CD200R3, also known as CD200RLb, is a dimeric cell surface receptor with two Ig-like extracellular domains, belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The intracellular region associates with adaptor molecules such as DAP12, and possibly DAP10, CD3 zeta, and FcR gamma-chain, enabling stimulatory signal transduction.
CD200R3 shares similarity with activatory receptors CD200R2 and CD200R4, while inhibitory receptor CD200R1 relies on different adaptors.
Expression of CD200R3 is primarily observed in basophils and mast cells, which play roles in anti-parasitic immune responses and allergic reactions. Surface expression decreases upon activation via CD16 and CD32, notably within the first 30 minutes. Unlike CD200R, CD200R3 does not bind CD200.
